Instead of such fattening original sauce with butter and heavy cream, I came up with this recipe using vegan ingredients.
Also, instead of regular pasta, I used GreeNoodle which is rich in fiber and other nutrients.
Ingredients:
Wash and pat-dry parsley. Put parsley, walnuts, and garlic in the food processor and process until smooth.
In a small saucepan, mash cheese and pour almond milk. Add the mix from the food processor and heat until warm.
In the meantime, cook noodles according to package.
When noodles are ready, serve them with the sauce on top.

- 1/4 cup walnuts (roasted)
- 2-3 garlic cloves
