Molly Ainsley from Sorta Sausage was at Natural Grocers for a cooking demo. It's a series of three demos showing how to cook with basic ingredients and transforming typical meals to vegan.
In her first class, she cooked a gluten free blueberry scones and veggie fritatta.
In the second demo, we tried vegan macaroni and cheese and a veggie burger.
