Oregon Crêpe Cafe & Bakery offers a good vegan crêpe just for my needs. They also have GF batter option for people allergic to gluten. I have been there a couple of times.
Last one, I had GF, Vegan crêpe with spinach, tomato, and Sorta Sausage (a soy-free breakfast patty with the flavor and texture of sausage. It's made from oats.
