I was still a vegetarian when I went to this restaurant. For vegans, I would recommend to get the Patatas Bravas without the aioli, which has mayonnaise.
The ambience is nice.There are tapas for a few dollars but most of them have some kind of meat. I won't recommend this for vegans though.
