Green smoothie

I heard people call this "a flu shot" because of the strong nutrition to reinforce our immune system. So I make this often.

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 bunch kale
  • 4-5 orange juice
  • 3 kiwi (peeled)
  • 2 bananas
Add anything else you want such as flax seeds, chia seeds, or matcha powder.

Directions:

Wash kale, cut in some pieces and add to a high-speed blender. Pour orange juice, add kiwi and banana slices. Blend until smooth.

Serves: 2
